Sweat / if you’ve seen my Insta stories the last couple of days you’ll see I’ve been getting my sweat on 💪🏻 I used to exercise for one reason and one reason only. To get skinny 🤷🏼‍♀️ but now I have a new goal in mind. Health. Fitness. Not “I’m going to enter the Olympics” level fitness but “I’m going to run around after my kids without having a heart attack” level. Starting back at work and realising P doesn’t need me quite so drastically has opened up an opportunity to change things up. And with a change in mindset it suddenly doesn’t feel like such a chore and *whispers* has actually been quite fun {bearing in mind I’m only on day 2 🤣}. I’m not here to win prizes, be a fitness guru or even lose weight {although a few pounds would be nice} I’m here to reconnect with my body and find enjoyment in making healthier choices {but also eat cake} and having some time dedicated to me.
